Noel Betowski Noel Betowski was born in Tilbury, Essex, in 1952. He studied at the Central School of Art, gaining a B.A. in Fine Art Painting 1976 and an A.T.C. (Art Teachers Certificate) from London University 1977.
Betowski has exhibited widely. Galleries include The Royal Academy, The National Portrait Gallery and he has twice won “The John Constable Landscape Prize” at “The Camden Annual” (3rd in 1982 and 2nd in 1983).
Noel has worked as a full time practising artist for over 20 years, moving to Cornwall in 1987. He continues to exhibit widely & his work is in private collections throughout the world.
