Rates may be subject to change throughout the year, please ensure the current best rate when you make your reservation.

  • To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s charge is required.
  • Payment can be by cheque or debit/credit card. Most cards are accepted. Please note that transactions for credit or debit cards issued by non-UK banks will be in your local currency. The amount advised will be exactly as shown on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Please note that American Express transactions will incur a 2.5% charge.
  • Deposits are non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • If you have booked dinner inclusive. This rate provides a food allowance of £28 per person per night against our a la carte menu (for which you have paid £22 per person per night). All additions to this will be charged.
    The reduced rate for dinner inclusive must apply for every night of your booking. No allowance will be made for dinner not taken.
  • Pets are welcome at the hotel. There is a housekeeping charge of £5 per night per pet. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant and must not be left in bedrooms unattended.

MAY WE REMIND YOU THAT YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKING IS A
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT WE WILL MAKE EVERY
EFFORT TO RE-LET YOUR BOOKING. IF THE ACCOMMODATION REMAINS
UNOCCUPIED WE ARE ENTITLED TO RETAIN YOUR DEPOSIT AND ASK FOR
A FURTHER PAYMENT TO COMPENSATE US FOR OUR LOSS.
