In the light of the Government coronavirus advice on Friday 20 March and with our customers' health and wellbeing our number one priority, we temporarily closed the doors of Hotel Penzance and the Garden Restaurant until further notice.
For all clients with existing bookings, we will be in touch directly to offer different options for you. We will contact guests in date order, so please bear with us during this trying time.

In these extra ordinary circumstances we have relaxed our cancellation policy to provide a date change facility to guests who have booked, providing cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled check in. The guest will be able to use their deposit on stays until 31/03/2021. Should the Government's advice change to prevent travel please contact us to discuss your options, including moving your booking to a later date. Any cases of cancellation due to "Disinclination of travel" will be subject to our cancellation policies.
